On the 13^th of April 2011, the XIII Sustainable Energy Forum was held and titled this year as “Saca del cajón tus herramientas de reducción”; it took place in one of Gaudí´s most emblematic buildings, La Pedrera. During the session, different public and private entities presented some of their educational solutions for reduction of CO₂ , which was directed towards varying sectors of the population.
In context, the Ecoserveis association presented the “European Citizens Climate Cup”, a campaign within the European Climate Cup project of the Intelligent Energy Europe program. This campaign is focused on helping people control their CO₂ emissions from domestic activity through a competition that is held for 12 months from April 2011 to April 2012.
